formula: number of letters ( item) times 5 (5 as constant multiplier) plus number of letters (item) Example: Cap is 3 letters and it costs $18 if you multiply 3 to 5 the product is 15 plus 3= 18 hence; Number of letters of the item is constantly added after multiplication. Does it make sense?
