I am legally blind and the software I require to use a computer only works on windows 8.1. Newer software is available for windows 10 and 11, but it costs 1,000 of dollars. So if unity stops supporting 8.1, all my projects go in the trash.

Windows 8. But it's only on an old Surface Pro 3 that I've just been too lazy to throw Linux on yet. If I need more than a screaming screen, I go with Windows 10 on a VM.

Windows 11. Got it by mistake. Had Windows 10. Performed a routine update. Next thing I know I'm using Windows 11. Didn't like it at first but it's grown on me.

One Wheel Studio
If you use Windows, which version?
Do you wish you had a different version?
