The idea that the Framers of the Constitution intended for anyone born on American soil to automatically be American citizens is...laughable. ➡️ l.prageru.com/3IuSL2x

@deisisase

When the 14th amendment was written it was intended for anyone for everyone born on American soil to automatically be a citizen. Even the Chinese, who were bringing drugs and crime at that time. The Framers of the Constitution were just wrong and the writers of the 14th amendment knew that.

Wouldn't birthright citizenship cause family separation because of the mother is still an illegal im?A great she would have to be departed

@Oliveria663

Obviously they didn't intend for blacks to be citizens, but sometimes you have to reflect and make changes

Only citizens are subject to federal jurisdiction. Immigrants, regardless of status are still citizens of their home country. The writing is clear, the framers of the amendment wrote at length about what it meant.

If the parents are not citizens, the children are not also.

I think if you're born to 2 American citizens, that should grant you citizenship, rather than being born on American soil

MAGA logic: Anything in the constitution I don't like was meant for a limited time or in a limited fashion and either no longer applies or only applies in ways I like. Anything in the constitution I like is absolutely immutable and applies broadly in ways that could not have been foreseen by the original framers or authors. The rest of the citizens of the US: Some of us paid attention in civics class. Maybe you guys need a refresher course that isn't from an indoctrination factory.

@GALACTICS7

Counties across USA are forming PMAs and bilateral social compacts to operate on the same public private level as US CORP bankrupt since 2020 and reregistered under another foreign fraudulent entity. Many have sacrificed all over decades to discover this. Find your de jure Assembly or create your own and claim your rights and responsibility to the genius trust created by the founders!

PragerU is quite incorrect here: “This amendment which I have offered is simply declaratory of what I regard as the law of the land already — that every person born within the limits of the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, is by virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the United States.” (Cong. Globe, 39th Cong., 1st Sess. 2890 (1866)) Nothing laughable. Plai nfacts.

@AdanALW

And yet for decades this definition was enough to draft the natural born into the armed forces and send them around the world to kill and die for the USA... But now after using these populations for generations, now suddenly the idea is to reverse it. Use people and then flush them like toilet paper.
