Bio weapon seems like the most emotional and cinematic ending, preferred by me because, if an alien race sees us or videos of us, they will see we had a ending worthy of an Oscar (not in alien terms).

Zombies are a bit more doable if you consider like.. slow zombies from Shawn of the dead then it's easy but if it's from 28 weeks later or dawn of the dead we kinda fucked. A.I. is just the next level, and it will be hard to fight back against them. Imo
