I used to make a "dessert" I called "sugar mud". melt vanilla icecream then mix in hot chocolate powder, the cheapest you can get your hands on. Mix until you achieve the consistency of gritty outdoor paint, or you get tired of mixing because it will never fully incorporate. The final step is optional, but for the best experience I reccomend drinking it out of any bowl you would use for cereal.

I Midwest classic. Take deli ham, ensure you pat it dry if needed. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese and roll it around a dill pickle spear. Then cut it up like sushi

A family favorite "Ambien sandwich." Toasted bunny bread, smooth peanut butter, a layer of crunchy Cheetos, and 3 pieces of instant microwaved bacon. Somehow thrown together by my ambien-inspired sleepwalking dad, watched him do it twice.

I have a sneaky suspicion that most of the people answering here didn't quite get the mid-april reference.

Thin sliced spam made CRISPY. Not mildly cooked, I mean it crackles when you bite. Put it on Hawaiian rolls with coleslaw, Dijon mustard and Swiss cheese.

Blue Juice - Cocktail I used to make in college. In a big pitcher you need: 1 Baja Blast 1 Blue raspberry bootlegger 1 Four Loko Frost 1 solo cup of ice. Everything balances out and it just turns into the flavor Blue. Plus you can buy it all at a gas station for like $10. I used to get a Lg. Baja from Taco Bell, but now that you can get everything from a 7-11 it’s even easier.

Sometimes I cut up apples or pears depending on what I have and cheddar cheese into cubes and eat them like the brother rat in ratatouille, one at a time and then one of each together, over and over until it's all gone. My favorite late night snack since I was small

I’m a vegetarian and often find myself at like 10 pm getting the feeling I haven’t gotten enough protein in for my day so I’ll get a tub of small curd cottage cheese and dump takis in and eat it as a late night cheat meal but also convince myself it’s me catching up on protein cuz I am insane. :) love the series king

the spiciest ramen you can find put between two slices of bread (not even toasted) and you can either put some cheese in between separately or mix a slice into the ramen while you're cooking it

Airfry a handful of tater tots, chop up chicken patty and throw on top, add mozzarella cheese and microwave to melt the cheese, hotsauce optional. For something sweeter. Mix peanut butter and coco powder till dark brown and somewhat bitter and use it as a spread for waffles. (Basically bastardized Nutella) (Heating up the peanut butter in a microwave will help make mixing easier. Sometimes I will also mix in shredded coconut.)

My great gran used to make sugar melt for her kids (my gran and her siblings) and it got passed down 4 generations to me. White bread, butter, and a fuckton of sugar put under the grill (broiler in freedom units I think) until it bubbles and gets all crunchy and caramelised. Great treat when we couldn't afford things like chocolate growing up

Peanut butter (smooth, but crunchy is Ok) and grape jelly put into a cereal bowl and stirred together vigorously to get to a whipped consistency, then spread thickly on a taco-sized tortilla and either folded or rolled taquito-style. Also sometimes i add like a tablespoon of vanilla protein powder which thickens it up significantly.
