Announcement: I have unlisted most of the videos on my channel. I've decided to focus on deep dives into story games starting with horror games.

Why: During my break, I've been watching a lot of video essays, story explains and stuff like that and I really like it. I want new viewers coming from these new type of videos to browse the channel without having to look through outdated gameplay/guides that gets no views anymore. (I will keep them in playlists that you can view unlisted)

Right now it looks kinda awkward, because I accidentally stumbled into this with amanda the adventurer. I was still just trying to have fun doing lets plays. But I noticed all these cool things in a short 5 minute game, so I thought why not share it? Then it became an insanely large thing. And since I already was deep in, I just kept going and people kept enjoying them way more than my lets plays.

As for Amanda the Adventurer 2 stuff, I actually was going to try to cover it when it came out. But then a lot of channels with far more experience than me covered it really well. So I decided it was time to take a break and get more familiar with these types of videos. Learn from others and then come back more ready. I'll save ATA2 for later when I know how to bring something new to the table, in the meantime, I'll try to cover stuff that people aren't already covering, unless I find something about them people haven't already talked about yet.

Basically, I studied the art of essays, explains, theories and I am diving in myself.

I was so sad to see your videos disappear. I'm happy that it wasn't YouTube. Don't sell yourself short. You had amazing takes and while you may not have had the views that other channels had, you reached the hearts of many people. I personally watched several channels but found myself coming back to you over the bigger channels for a lot of reasons. You were passionate about your craft. You had concise videos. You listened to your comments and made your community feel a part of your journey. I'm actually not a big horror person, but when I get in a mood, I only like hearing it from certain people. I would love to see you comparing your old theories to information we know now, the deep dives you did into the code were fire, and please never stop. I support you going in another direction and as soon as I heard about ATA3, you were the first channel I looked for to see about theories. Ultimately, you need to do what's best for you. Just know that you'll always have a fan in me, even if I don't always comment.
