Why is a national level holiday not declared on 9th August International World Tribal Day in India? 👉 What is the main reason behind this? 👉 Why does the President and Prime Minister of India not address the tribals of the country on 9th August International World Tribal Day? 👉 What is the main reason behind this? 👉 👉 The main reason behind all these above reasons is 👉 169 Convention organized by 👉 International Labour Organization (ILO), an executive organization of United Nations (UNO) in 1989. In this 169 Convention, the rights of the tribal people living in the world at the international level - 1) Economic 2) Social 3) Cultural 4) Political have been determined and along with this it was also determined that the country which is a member of the 169 Convention of 1989, these above international rights will be given only to the tribals of that country. In 1989, there was a Congress government. Most of the people's representatives in the Congress government of 1989 were descendants of refugees who came from outside India or external invaders. So a question arose in front of the children of these external refugees and invaders? The question was? If India signs the 169 Convention, then the tribals of this country will get economic, social, cultural and political rights at the international level along with water, forest and land and the tribals of this country will again become owners through the international rights of the United Nations Organization (UNO). That is why the President and Prime Minister of India did not sign the 169 Convention and openly said in the United Nations Organization (UNO) that we cannot sign the 169 Convention because India has been formed due to the arrival of external refugees coming from outside. 👉 Tribals do not live in India, external refugees live in India. 👉 Due to India not signing the 169 Convention, the tribals of India are deprived of international rights till date, so the tribals in India are openly being killed by calling them Naxalites, for which no one can raise voice at the international level because India is not a member of the 169 Convention at present. 👉 👉 This is the main reason why 9th August International World Tribal Day is not declared a national holiday in India, nor the President and Prime Minister of India address the tribals of the country on 9th August International World Tribal Day because by doing so the international media can cover it and send it to the UN, due to which the secrets of the governments formed from 1950 to 2025 can be exposed at the international level and the business of external refugees and children of invaders can be stopped in India, so no government in India, be it the central government or the state government, allows celebrating 9th August International World Tribal Day. Even the national media of India does not cover 9th August International World Tribal Day. 👉 From 1947 to 2025, the tribals have been cheated in independent India. 👉 👉 👉 India's national law considers tribals as tribes but does not consider tribals as Indigenous peoples, hence the tribals of India are deprived of international rights till date.
