Love the results,and try to get it in there as much as possible. There are days I get lazy, are to busy, but fine the time to make it up, are push myself to do it. πŸ˜πŸ€·πŸ½β€

it's do hard for me to do high intensity cardio. low intensity like walking is done hours everyday with my day job
