I wanted to give you a quick heads-up that I’ll be releasing my first book soon -Arcade Classics Word Search. It’s not just a standard word search book. Each puzzle includes a bit of Arcade game history to go along with each puzzle.
I grew up spending a lot of time in arcades, as I know many of you did too. This book was a fun way to celebrate those memories while sharing a little background on the classics we all remember.
The book should be available later this week (it was just submitted for final review). The images below are from the proof copy and I’ll post a link once it’s live. If you decide to pick up a copy, I’d really appreciate an honest review. Your support means a lot, and I truly hope you enjoy it! -Jon
*Note about it's development - I didn't use any existing on-line word search generators for this book. Instead, I used an n8n workflow hosted on a Raspberry Pi 5, as shown in a recent video with a custom word search engine (JavaScript and Python code) that I built to create the puzzles, solutions and basic formatting for the book. If you'd like to learn more about how this was done, please let me know in the comments.
