The Bible refers to the 10 nations taking ahold of 1 Jew. I would guess the Anti-Christ is Jewish but not a loyal Jew. Only Jews will be allowed in or near the Temple. Yet the Anti Christ will declare himself to be God while in the Newly rebuilt Temple. Zechariah 8:23 This is what the LORD Almighty says: “In those days ten people from all languages and nations will take firm hold of one Jew by the hem of his robe and say, 'Let us go with you, because we have heard that God is with you. 2Thessalonians 2:4 He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God.

Amir made me realize the Antichrist won’t be a Muslim since no Jew will believe that a Muslim will bring peace to the Jews. The Quran clearly states to make war with Jews and Christians over and over again. Islam is clearly antichrist, but not THE antichrist.

So depending on what part of history the Bible is referring to when it says the antichrist will come from the Roman Empire will determine from what current countries we can be looking at for the emergence of the antichrist.
