We need to always learn that we are evil and others are too. And, there is no scape from evil.

The first step is acknowledging the pain of being hurt and betrayed. Any form of denial will stop you from ever getting passed it no matter how many trustworthy people you meet. How do you get back to enjoying life? Trust yourself enough create the life that you want. God I sound lame.

It can be and to what level when so. I.e., the person who bags your groceries, bank teller counting your withdraw (that you double check before leaving the bank), the physician's diagnosis or treatment plan for which you have done in depth research on your own. As for your partner trust should never be an issue in question, if it is there is an issue needing tended. Discernment is key in acknowledging, building, reciprocating and maintaining trust. It can take time to build and only moments to destroy.

You either trust them or you don't. You may now but not necessarily in the future. The reverse also applies. Thankfully, the choice is always yours. But be mindful: genuine betrayal only comes from your friends and loved ones.

Trust now is an earned right by actions, not a given. Expect not n be trustworthy, if your values call for you to live so. And again, be not dissapointed as we can only ever really try to trust ourselves. It is better to trust n take some hurts, than go around a cynical see you next tine.

Don't be around people you don't trust. It will save you Alot of heart ache. That doesn't mean you can't meet new people. See what they're like and say yay or nay.
