Delving into our own shadows and understanding those of others is a gateway to self-knowledge and realising our potential. I'm honoured to share my insights and personal experiences on this fascinating subject with such a great community.
Have you ever wondered: - What exactly is ‘the shadow?’ - How does it relate to my personality Type? - How can I identify shadow material in myself? - What can I do to integrate my shadow?
In this talk, I aim to equip you with a useful set of tools, grounded in Type theory and the Seven Habits of Individuation model, to explore these questions.
