I am trying to put my sleepin in order. Last night I had good sleep of 7 hours. And as usual: more sleep what is more than my usual, makes me sad, slightly depressed or into a bad mood. Why? What changes in hormones? I even think: would it be better to sleep my normal 5-6 hours being happy and probably having dementia later?
