You're fine with your words. I really like your calm, laid-back, reassuring approach and the lack of over-enthusiasm which rings false to my ears at least. Initially I could criticise you for telling us what you were going to do and then there'd be silence whilst we watched you do it but now you tell us as you do it, which, imho, is WAAAAY better! [Not that I could have done this a quarter as well as you started from the get-go!] I hope to see lots more videos from you (and feel free to go play football on the peripherique!)
