Jayce dodged viktors laser beam in close range. and also while vi and jinx were fighting vander, jayce and viktor flew by, jayce was able to comprehend what was happening and even move, but time was passing extremely slowly for vi and jinx. this alone puts jayce ahead of homelander. Jayce blitzes.
