Thank you Lily for ALL your amazing videos! I'm a huge active outdoors girl, so always getting my exericise and fitness on outside because gyms and indoor workouts are boring. But since finding your videos, I actually LOVE working out inside my home! Thanks for the short 5 minuter variations of core and legs and arm and cardio I add to my normal life! You are a gem! I love your videos so much because my husband is a physiotherapist as well so I appreciate all the good form advice, tips, and reminders! AMAZING! You go Lily!
