Andy Cooks

G'day Legends,

We’re thinking about changing our upload time from 12:15am Sunday morning (Sydney time) — which is when we’ve been posting our long-form YouTube videos every week for the past two years — to potentially 6:00am Thursday morning (Sydney time) instead.

Here’s how that looks in a few other time zones:

Current upload time — 12:15am Sunday (Sydney)

7:15am Saturday in Los Angeles (PT)

10:15am Saturday in New York (ET)

3:15pm Saturday in London (GMT/BST)

Proposed new time — 6:00am Thursday (Sydney)

1:00pm Wednesday in Los Angeles (PT)

4:00pm Wednesday in New York (ET)

9:00pm Wednesday in London (GMT/BST)

Just curious — would this change affect you in any way? Would it be annoying, or do you usually just watch the videos whenever you get the chance?

Let us know by voting below.
Thanks, Legends!

Whatever works better for the algorithm and what's best for the growth of the channel man, I think I speak for most when I say we'll still watch it regardless of whether it's at one time or another and your videos deserve to reach as many people as possible

Not going to lie, I’m subscribed to a heap of channels, and I don’t keep track of what time/day they upload. I just check my sub feed and watch the video when I can. Do what you gotta do.

Always makes me laugh when I see that upload schedules are so important for the numbers, when one of the biggest strengths of this platform is the fact that everybody can watch everything in their own time.

End of the day 90% of us all have jobs and we watch when home or on breaks at work so changing times won’t really effect us that much at all

I love it when it is. It’s a Sunday morning ritual here (Brisbane) to watch it with my daughter and then hopefully cook it later that day.

I watch it on YouTube so it’s gonna be there whatever time you upload it for me to watch, so do what’s best for you. Really appreciate your videos and shorts.😊

Either time is good, watching earlier in the week would be good for getting ideas for cooking over the weekend.

Most people couldn't give a crap what time/day you upload. You do what suits you. This isn't old-school TV where you need to tune in at a particular time. You have a worldwide audience. We'll catch up at some point.

It's a great change for me. I watch YouTube mostly in the morning before going to work. I'll watch your video on Thursday mornings 👍

Honestly the time or exactly when is not a big deal, what we really want is the content 😁🌹😊 Whenever whatever its ready

It'd be 3p on a wednesday for me in midwest US so I would watch when I get off work! Either is fine but the new time might grab my attention more. 😅

Been a big fan of Big Dons and they've come such a long way, they just keep getting better and better at what they do! This was amazing to see some deep dive behind the scenes!

@MissingRaptor

I like to watch cooking/food videos only when I'm having a meal because they will make me hungry. So post them whenever is best for you and they'll get watched with breakfast or dinner either way 😁
