Trash Theory

For those that missed it when it came out: I released the definite version of How Synth-Pop Became Synth-Pop last week! Did you see the original four years ago? Well that is now redundant. Sketch out an hour of your weekend to watch this one, and discover a bunch of bands and artists cruelly forget about last time around.

I still think this video has the potential to be twice as long. I'll patiently wait for the 3rd installment ☺️👍

Not related to this excellent video, may I suggest the Original manufactured "Boy Band" - the Monkees might be worthy of your considerable investigative talents? I did not know The Monkees likely out sold the Beatles in 1967 and had four consecutive Number One Albums in the USA (no one else, not even Elvis, has matched this).

YouTube served up your channel randomly last night. Loving it! I thought I was the only one that ever likes McCartney‘ waterfalls, and his other synth experiments. Here is an obscure punk synth blast from the past for you.. a sarcastic commentary of shopping/mall culture in the 1980s. https://youtu.be/Xa2Jzu-pwzQ?si=fEMazXlQPr1JsYf9
