Oh God, same. I don't know if this movie is as scary to watch as an adult. But as a kid? Scariest thing ever

I just can't believe it is made by Paul W. S. Anderson. The man is almost on Uwe Boll levels of incompetence but, somehow.. somehow he managed to make one of the scariest movies I've ever seen. Talk about lightning in a bottle.

I would love to see the original cut of the film reconstructed somehow. We've been teased with this many times, and the reality of it is very low considering what happened to that original footage. But it would be amazing somehow to bring that version back from the dead.

I wish we could see the uncut version of this film one day, but unfortunately I donβt think that will ever happen. :(

Even though I don't think the original cut would have improved the film, it's a shame to lose footage that had so much time and effort put into it. Those set pieces were so gnarly.

As someone raised Catholic with a pretty severe anxiety disorder from a young age and a very real fear of literal hell this movie scared the shit out of me.

No way! I just rewatched this movie and before I did I came here, to your channel, to see if you did an evaluation. Really looking forward to this.

I love the Movie. Some of the CGI looks bad but it's a solid horror.

This was on the hotel movie channel on one of our family trips. It was a little bit much for me lol but very memorable

watched it recently, the buildup is still great but i feel like it loses tension at the end and kinda falls flat. something about resolving all that unimaginable, amazingly gory, trans-dimensional horror of the first two-thirds of the movie with a goofy fist fight on a sound stage just isn't as compelling when you're grown up
