Depends on what limitations Tony is given and how much prep time Batman is given

Depends on if Bruce has hellbat or justice buster. If he has either then he wins.

Tony Stark, because he uses physical therapy accessories, artificial muscles to assist his muscle movements. He becomes more connected to his armored suit than Bruce Wayne does to his armored suit (gadget oriented, no physical, artificial assist to his own body makes it worse) …

Bruce, no competition. He did his research before meeting Tony. He knows everything about him. Especially since Tony told the world he was Iron Man. 😂

Tbf, Bruce and Batman are basically two different people. Batman being Batman’s real identity. While Tony and iron man are just the same person. I mean be doesn’t even hide his identity like 99% of other heroes.

Bruce may be stronger physically but I feel like we’re not giving Tony’s mental capacity enough credit either. It could be useful in a fight if they’re both unsuited. But I think we all know that suits on Tony washes Batman easily imo. I just think of the laser in iron man two when Tony was with war machine fighting the bots towards the end. He could easily saw Bruce/batman in half in a moments notice.

Iron man, is more likely to beat batman, but Wayne is more likely to beat Stark.

Batman wins. His focus is purely on the fight, while Tony gets distracted by other matters.
