Hi, I enjoy the honesty of your videos. I can tell you and your partner truly love NC so thank you for them. I would love to see you to talk about current natural disasters. Maybe how they are affecting your clients (if at all) or how your area deals with terrible weather. I’m in central Florida and my family and I are planning on leaving because of the constant hurricane damage and the financial fallout of these terrible disasters. The Raleigh area seems like a perfect mix of south without the imminent threat of a natural disaster. Please share with us your personal take on this topic. Thank you so much!!

Have you guys ever done a video explaining the Wake County Schools? Can be so confusing to newbies with track out, etc. Most of us moved here from smaller school districts. Maybe you could explain the school rating system etc.
