I rewatch most of your pesonal attention videos from 4-5 years ago. Thats the time when I discovered your channel and your whispering and "You are doing a great job" are to this day my safe tingle sources. Sadly you arent doing stuff like that anymore.

Almost never. My brain goes into autopilot, blocks out the sounds, and starts ruminating badly when there is something on my senses that I remember. I need novelty.

Yes, once I've found a video that's really relaxing I'll often rewatch it regularly until I find one that hooks me again. I have a playlist as well that I'll let play on shuffle that's full of videos I've enjoyed over the years.

Absolutely, especially your visualisation ones. Like the personality tests where you visualise a scenario or the installing imaginary scenarios for sleep(my personal favourite)
