আমাদের জীবন খুব চেনা গন্ডীতে বাঁধা। পিতামাতার সিদ্ধান্তে জন্মের পর, একটা সময় আমাদের কাটে ভবজগৎে কাজ চালিয়ে নেবার মত মস্তিষ্ক ও জ্ঞান বানাতে। ছোটবেলা থেকেই বস্তুবাদী হিসেবের ছক দিয়ে ভরানো হয় আমাদের বোধবুদ্ধির সার্কিট। ভোগপুঁজির দুনিয়া এমনই। শিক্ষার নামে জীবনের প্রথম ২০-২৫ বছরে আমাদের নতুন কিছু জানার ইচ্ছে মেরে ফেলা হয় সুচারুভাবে, অজানা এক ভয় দেখিয়ে। চেনা ছকের বাইরের অনিশ্চয়তার ভয়। অজ্ঞাত ভয়ে অজ্ঞান আমরা কোনোমতে পুঁথিগত বিদ্যা শেষ করে ভাবি - অনেক শিখে ফেলেছি। আর কিছু শেখার নেই। এবার আমার অর্থোপার্জনের পালা। তারপর, একটির পর একটি রোপিত স্বপ্ন আমাদের পূরণ ✅ করতে হয়। টাকা, বিয়ে, ফ্ল্যাট, গাড়ী, পদোন্নতি, ভোগবৈভব, ভবিষ্যৎ। আমার অমুক, আমার তমুক। আরও আরও ...... কখনো শেষ না হওয়া বস্তুচাহিদার মিছিল।
