Here’s some Hazbin Hotel headcanons. Starting with Vox headcanons because he’s my fav: 1. Vox’s father lovebombed him but also emotionally, mentally, and sexually abused him. Also, he had religious trauma because of his father’s psychological abuse. Vox’s mother doted on him and didn’t know that his father was abusive, but he feared that she was also lovebombing him. 2. Vox is a trans man and overcompensates for his gender dysphoria with ✨toxic masculinity✨. However, he’s also intersex, which made it much easier for him to pass as a cis man. 3. His gender dysphoria and trauma is the reason for his egotism, him becoming a cult leader, and him becoming a bad person in general. 4. Velvette sees Vox as a spoiled brat who was born evil because he’s unwilling to disclose how his father treated him when his mom wasn’t around. (Not that Velvette sees it as a bad thing lol) 5. Vox believes that he has every right to be evil. In addition, he is too ashamed of his father m*lesting him to disclose it and hasn’t gotten any kind of help (especially because anyone knowing that he’s a r*pe survivor would rupture his fragile ego infinitely more than what Alastor did to him in Stayed Gome) 6. He sees how Valentino treats Angel Dust as a joke. Even more so after the latter opened up to Husk. 7. He binge eats and Velvette forces him to use weight loss drugs to make up for it because him being fat would negatively impact the Vees’ reputation. (especially since he’s their leader) 8. Valentino knows absolutely nothing about his human life with the exception of him being a cult leader. He also knows that he’s trans since they’ve been intimate with each over (and is likely the only other man who knows that Vox is trans because I also headcanon Alastor as a trans woman) but doesn’t know anything about how it shaped him. 9. Velvette believes that Vox is a cisgender man due to not knowing that he’s transgender. Here’s some headcanons for Vox’s mom (I’ll call her Esther): 1. Esther spoiled Vox and accepted what she called his “boyness” (aka him being a transgender man). 2. She didn’t know that her husband was abusing Vox because he deliberately hid his abuse of him from her. 3. She was kinda strict by modern standards, and Vox being bratty annoyed her. 4. She found out about how her husband treated Vox in the afterlife and wished that she could do more about it. 5. Adam made her become a fallen angel after she found out about the exterminations. 6. Vox found out that she only became aware of his trauma after her death. He is still humiliated by the fact that Esther knows that his father abused him, but she reassures him that he’s not alone. 7. Probably would comfort Angel Dust after Vox kidnapped him and tell Vox to sincerely apologize. Here’s some Alastor headcanons: 1. Alastor is a trans woman and disguised as her AGAB to carry out many of her murders. 2. Al has Klinefelter’s Syndrome (two intersex transgender people who lived when trans people were considered mentally ill hating each over lmao) 3.
