Plant protein is not the only thing important to the body. So is fibre. Only carnivores care about protein. Like bears, dogs, cats, Lions etc. Humans need to focus on fibre first then protein next. They counter balance each other. Fibre helps with helping with constipation and will clean out your intestinal track.

I would appreciate it if you added the complete nutrition facts table on the nutrition breakdown. Not just fat, carbs, or protein. Carbs has well, carbs but also sugars and then fiber For fat, it would be nice to see saturated fat, polyunsaturated fat, and monounsaturated fat. Also, sodium and potassium

As a Bodybuilder i wouldn't consider 120g of protein high but I appreciate the healthy meal plan for "ordinary" people
