Ingredients • 1 Cup Poha Flatten Rice • 2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes • 1/4 Cup Carrot Grated • 2 Tbsp Green Capsicum Chopped • 1 Tspn Ginger Garlic Paste • 2 Green Chilli Chopped • 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves Chopped • 1/2 Tspn Chilli Powder • 1/4 Tspn Turmeric Powder • 1/2 Tspn Cumin • 1/2 Tspn Garam Masala Powder • 1/2 Tspn Chat Masala • 1/2 Tspn Salt • 3 Tbsp Onion Finely Chopped • Oil For Frying For Flour Slurry • 1/4 Cup Flour • 1/2 Cup Water • Vermicelli For Coating
Instructions 1. Soak poha in water for 5 minutes then wash and drain well 2. In a bowl add poha boiled potatoes carrot capsicum onion and green chilli 3. Add ginger garlic paste coriander leaves and all spices chilli powder turmeric cumin garam masala chat masala and salt 4. Mix well to form a soft dough 5. In a separate bowl mix flour and water to make a smooth slurry 6. Grease your hands with a little oil and shape the mixture into cutlets or rolls 7. Dip each piece into the flour slurry and coat evenly with vermicelli 8. Heat oil on medium flame and fry until golden and crisp 9. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney
