I bought a laptop (HP Pavilion Aero 13) and on the very next day I found a manufacturing defect on display, I lodged a complaint(5106043869) informing on the defect, now the company say they will repair and will not replace, So, one should buy there defected product on full price and should get it repaired. Called multiple time to customer care also, there senior supervisor are so arrogant that they don't even come on call and don't call back. Reached to dealers, he can't help. The dealers are just given target for selling HP defective product on full price, and when customer will come for service, the service team will repair there product instead of replacement. After all this, I had no option other than dumping the product, hence I dumped the defective product to the dealer shop. Horrible and nightmare service and sales by a renowned company like HP. Wasted my money and time.
