You girls are living MY DREAM!! I absolutely LOVE living vicariously through you, Eli. Also now through Bec too!! I have always had a yearning to visit Russia. It is inexplicably beautiful and from what I have seen, incredibly friendly. As an American, maybe I’m not supposed to feel that way but I absolutely do not care. I’d catch a plane with bags packed and move to Russia in a heartbeat if it were feasible. For now, I’ll just continue living through you!! Thanks for all you do Eli ( and Bec )❤️❤️ Much love to you both!

I enjoy watching your videos. I converted to Russian Orthodoxy in Mississippi USA. I appreciate when you show the beautiful Orthodox churches. Could you please go into the church and show us what the inside looks like?

It is so sad that the American and Russian governments do not get along. I would love to travel to Russia if it’s as beautiful as Alaska is I would love to see it.

Beautiful! Oregon has “Tualatin” (Latin duality?) I was thinking deep about the name of a relative “twyman”, which this town name reminded me of. This uncle for some reason had his name trademarked so that his middle name was the ®️ symbol. Found it different and super curious. This line definitely came from eastern Russia and it seems that the kind of “Indian” that they are is more Siberian? Would it make sense that the Creek, muscogee and Kri were really just from Siberia? Love your journey!

Eli from Russia
- Bec, we are going to Tyumen.
- Two men?!
- Yeap
- What's there?
- I don't know, we'll see!
After staying with reindeer herders in Yamal with my friend from Australia Rebecca, we decided to go to Tyumen next. We knew nothing about the region and didn't expect anything, but we were ready to say 'yes' to everything that this place would offer us. On the day of arrival, we went to plunge into an ice hole for Epiphany, and then immediately warmed up in the hot heart of the city - in thermal springs. And then we did find two men - two bathhouse attendants who completely turned our idea of banya (a bathhouse) upside down.
In Tyumen, we got a deep rest for the body and soul before further expeditions. Therefore, this city will remain in my memories as a place for a complete recharge in Siberian style.
