In 2021 Rogan was midway into his COVID-inspired descent into conspiracy land. But even this diminished version of Rogan was less lost than he is now. I called Rogan "decently skeptical" at the start of the video and I would certainly no longer call him that. He's now a full-on ideologue who's massively suspicious of the left and authority, and credulous about right-wing nonsense.
Overall, it's aged amazingly well. I called Joe Rogan a lost cause and he has proven me resoundingly right.
