i'd much rather do afternoon showers, tbh. but i usually listen to music when i shower, so this really depends on when i'd feel less guilty waking people up.

honestly i switch between both because i’m lazy and tired, like if i’m up until 2 am doing homework i’m not going to shower, i’m going to sleep and shower in the morning. or if i’m really tired i shower in the morning. just make sure to clean your sheets regularly though

night 100% because I’m too lazy to get up 20 minutes earlier than I already do, and I enjoy a nice warm shower before I go to sleep. also, I love getting into sheets with freshly washed legs, it’s weird but lovely

I take both honestly, but If I had to decide one it's night. reasoning: You can wash away all the problems that have happened in your day, to then wake up and start fresh, or to sleep peacefully with no worry.

Morning showers just.. hit diff✨ If I was younger, I’d say night showers but, they actually help me wake up a bit faster even if it’s a pain to get out of bed early. I really do enjoy morning showers☺️

Depends because I have curly hair and when you go to sleep it gets all matted and gross. But night showers are s superior

I don't shower in the mornings often but they do feel a lot better than night showers. Night showers feel like a chore to me and yes it's not the best thing hygienically but I'm so exhausted from work that I just can't be bothered. Morning showers wake me up and make me feel ready for the day I wish I did them more often.
