Since Judge ordered the amendment requested by MLS attorney the others are saying it's crap etc. Guess they should have taken the cue where you have to contact attorney and confer within deadline. It's not automatic where one Lawyer files a motion and it then applies to all. It only applies to the individual(s) that Lawyer entered an appearance under. Hopefully Judge issues the default order today
