I hope they go over the Director’s Cut. The theatrical version is mostly meh, but the director’s cut is honestly a decent film IMHO and fixes plot holes as well as fleshing out elements that were barely utilized in the theatrical cut like Matt actually doing lawyer work.

Glad you specified the first crossover, because there is another one that’s not talked about (probably cause it’s worse lol). Also, I remember not having too much issue with the plot, but then I read the comic adaptation (yes, of the movie). I understood the critics a bit more; didn’t have the 2000s movie vibes to distract me lol.

I always liked the progression in this movie, most of the film was bad lol but I liked how it felt like a game almost, he fought a series of minor thugs then Eektra on the rooftops, then the boss battle of bullseye in the church, then the final boss, the kingpin at the top floor of his skyscraper. It's like an old beat em up. And the plot points off him being framed and redeemed, trying to prove he's not the bad guy, not just to others but to himself. There's a good movie in here somewhere when you describe it like this, but it was just so badly executed.

I really really really hope you guys watched the directors cut. I think theres some genuinely great stuff in it. (Also the suit in this is better than every main mcu daredevil suit and I’ll take that with me to my grave)
