Villain, but perhaps a nice one - I'd imagine being sort of the mom figure among a villain group, trying to keep their hideout feeling homey, and doing all sorts of things big and small to make them feel looked after and cared about, making life a little nicer for them. Probably my only actual crime would end up being harbouring fugitives, unless I ended up in a situation of having to defend them.

When we were little, we always supported the heroes and loved them, but as we grow up and study the stories of all the villains in detail, we begin to understand and feel them. So my choice is the bad guy and the villain.
