Donald trades his car in the Volcano Valley comic and we kinda get some in-universe info. If I remember right, it has a Dudgewell engine and "wheels off of a lawn mower" But I think that car was yellow (in the US Gladstone reprint) so it might have been a different car. Sadly, I don't have that comic in own collection yet, so I can't check.
