All Intensity Levels - Walkfit & Dancy!

Your warm-up is Walkfit-based, and then I get you to practice the exercises that are coming up in the main class. The aim is to allow your body to move freely and for you to enjoy making the exercises feel more dancy.

Some exercises are done at full speed with the beat, and others at half speed. Don't worry too much about following me, as having fun is more important!
