You've got $700 to spend, what 3D printer are you buying and why? ($ below $700 goes to your wallet)

@donwoodshop

No clue which one is the best. Haven't got into 3d printing yet

I recently bought a Longer printer for pretty cheap. Since I'm using it for fun and hobby use I'd buy that one again and spend the rest of the $700 on filaments, tools, and a Raspberry pi to run octoprint

I would go for an P1S, it just love the design and the impressive specs. If there would be an option for a higher budget K1 max, I would chose this one, too

Creality has a long way to go to impress me, I started with Enders. I now have 3 Prusa’s and a custom clipper build with a tool changer but with the mk3 setup. I really do like all my machines and am hard pressed to go to bambulabs, serviceability is important to me as well as doing open source right. I am very comfortable with Prusa as a company and have no complaints with my machines. Just my 2 cents anyway from my experiences. To each their own.

@sgsax

Creality is still more open source than Bambu and I have no complaints about my Ender 3v2.
