Yuji and Geto parallels are so underrated,
definitely not the best in the series, that goes to Yuji and Sukuna or even Gojo and Toji, but still Yuji and Geto barely get mentioned in the community💔

Small analysis on Yuji & Geto's parallel if u care
Yap warning❗️

Yuji and Geto basically start from the exact same place, two kind people who want to protect others but the way the jujutsu world treats sorcerers pushes them in completely different directions.

Sorcerers are cogs, meant to keep working, keep fighting, and keep dying, and nobody really questions it. Yuji ends up embodying that idea almost too well. The second he becomes Sukuna’s vessel, everyone sees him more as a tool than a person, and he kind of accepts that without realizing it. Every tragedy he goes through just reinforces the idea that his job is to carry pain so others don’t have to.

Geto starts just like Yuji, compassionate, idealistic, but he’s the one who questions the Jujustu Sorcerer system. He sees sorcerers constantly dying for people who don’t even understand the world they live in. Instead of blaming himself like Yuji does, Geto starts blaming the system and the society.

That’s where the split happens, Yuji swallows the cog mentality and keeps moving even when it destroys him, while Geto leaves the system and goes down a path of darkness. (Yuki's speech lowk was convincing so it makes sense😭)
They’re two versions of the same person shaped by the same world Yuji being what happens when someone keeps sacrificing themselves, and Geto being what happens when someone finally questions the system.

Theres a small analysis on Yuji and Geto's dynamic, lowk wish Geto got more screen time or even mentioned more after Hidden Inventory arc but ig it's fine since Kenjaku exist (worst villain btw)
