The BioWare I grew up on was truly legendary, ill never forgive EA. Bethesda tbh hasn’t changed, and that’s not a compliment.

A friend of mine who knows about my former love for Bethesda told me once "its just Todd Howards fancy hair and leather jacket, but remember: Sven Vincke would never disappoint you like this". Its like a running gag between us

Bungie literally has a dev that is so anti-gun she's uncomfortable making games for a studio solely known for making legendary shooters. Like why tf did you even apply?

Unpopular opinion but Fallout 3 is my favorite Bethesda game I’ve played. Something about the setting and vibe has stuck with me and tranquility lane is one of my favorite video game levels ever.

BioWare for me but it’s not ex really I still cannot let go of this studio 😭 honestly I actually liked andromeda, even worse I LIKED ANTHEM it had HUGE potential but for me it’s the latest dragon age that really stung this time, I’m really really disappointed in them for this one, but from what I know about the next mass effect I’m way more relaxed it, the lead writer doesn’t have a single miss in her resume lmao and the majority of the devs are actually veterans of the trilogy this time if I’m not mistaken unlike dragon age, so I’m confiden

And you know whats better than having ended an abusive relationship? The afterparty where you take everything from them but not paying a single dime on it. Because if they hate you, they deserve shit.

Bethesda, Bungie, Blizzard, BioWare? All Bs? Coincidence? Maybe I’ll just keep playing Skyrim, Halo Combat Evolved, Dragon Age Origins, and Diablo 2. Good enough for me. Don’t need the new slop

After playing a bit of Veilguard (Haven't finished it), and even playing Anthem all the way through, there still seems to be elements to like that I hope we'll see in the next Mass Effect. What still makes Bioware stand out. It's just what could've been cause I've seen all the clips, and the entire Anthem expose speaks for itself, but if only EA didn't treat Bioware like they did in the early 2010s from what we now know of, I genuinely believe the company would be in a better place today. The quality of the games in that alternate timeline would've been the icing on the cake.
