But that's easy. You have a diameter from A, which is the tangent point of the base horizontal line, so DAB = 90-x (as you've written, using D as the opposite end of the diameter from A). DCA is a right angle, as it meets a diameter, and DCB = DCB as they are formed from angles meeting at the same points on the circles circumference. So ACB = 90 - DCB = 90 - DAB = x
