I'm a reformed Calvinist. I have healing testimonies. Several of them. It's the LORD Jesus Christ who heals, not by anything I say or do. It's all about Jesus. I have no special powers, no anointing oil, no laying of hands, and no tongue-speaking jibba jabba. I pray and the Lord heals at His will. It's not about me, it's about Him.

The Bible does teach that believers in Christ Jesus are chosen by God. Ephesians 1:4-6 For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves.

For those who say if you got the gift go out and heal all the sick kids. Do you realize that's not how it works? God is the one who does it he uses us as his disciples. I believe the Lord does not always allow healing to happen. If a nonbeliever is healed or experiences Deliverance will he or she credit the Lord and repent? Or will they continue to live sinfully and act like it is no big deal? It is very possible even believers don't get healed because they won't repent from sin. The Lord was speaking to me he said my father in law back pain would not be healed until he repented and turned back to Christ. I believe that was 100% from the Lord. Why should the Lord heal him when's he in disobedience and in sin? Other times God heals when the person dies and goes to heaven. I haven't seen healings in person I've been delivered myself and I'm now free from anxiety and panic attacks. God is still using his church to heal people and cast out demons. I think as a church we need to start praying over sick people like the Bible says to. The elders would pray for the sick they would be healed. Jesus still heals today!

Amen. It is interesting that I'd say almost always (if not everytime?) When Jesus healed someone, before he would heal them he would ask them if they believed, if they truly believed that they are healed from it, asking their faith so to speak. Then it looks like those who BELIEVED more had their healing more quickly! For example the centurion in Matthew 8:8 - his servant was ill and what's interesting that Jesus was willing to meet the servant and heal him, but the centurion had much faith. "The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed." And Jesus marvelled at his great faith. Then Verse 13. "And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour." So the servant was healed MIRACULOUSLY without Jesus even meeting him in person?! Hallelujah!

Do you believe that every believer is able to do that ? I don't know your position on this topic

Why don’t the Reformed/ Calvinistic have miraculous healing testimonies? If it’s Gods will in His Sovereignty to heal shouldn’t a percentage of them have testimonies like “I laid hands on someone and asked God to heal them and they instantly got healed?” Surely they’re His elect, His chosen ones (according to them), yet He doesn’t heal them or use them to heal anyone…
If they’re the experts on healing surely they’d have some testimonies for us but they don’t…so why should we listen to them?
So if according to them faith isn’t required for healing, only Gods Sovereignty why don’t any of them have testimonies to prove their election or teachings as true? Instead they want us believing they’re the experts on scripture and yet they have nothing to show for it.
When Jesus says these signs shall follow those who believe in Mark 16, this means there are two camps. In one camp, they don’t believe. They’re called Reformed or Calvinistic. The other camp believes and they have testimonies to show.
So if you’re in the camp that believes truly in the way Jesus taught, that camp has the testimonies following and proving they’re the true believers. The other camp has nothing.
They’re believers who teach us how not to believe…😂
