Statistically, traveling by plane is far safer than driving, and pretty much every other form of transportation. However, in the extremely rare case where something does go wrong on a plane, it usually goes very wrong, with the hundreds of people onboard at great risk of losing their lives.
In 1990, something went very wrong on a plane. One minute, the flight seemed like it was going perfectly, with no sign of anything out of the ordinary. The very next minute, however, something unimaginable happened. The plane's pilot was no longer in his cockpit chair where he had literally been just a second earlier. And the next 20 minutes would involve some of the most horrific, nightmarish experiences that anyone onboard had ever been through...
