I follow and enjoy your podcast on spotify. It’s very useful to continue Thay’s teachings and now go a little deeper. Speaking of deep, bright and clear, I want more of Sister True Dedication on “The Way out is in” I am very grateful of what already is…and have this aspiration to have more of her on the podcast. Deepest thanks!! ✨💖🙏

If only we had free will, we wouldn't have to transform ourselves through observation and experience. We could just snap our fingers and say, "poof! lust be gone!" But we can't because we don't have free will. Knowing this, the Buddha created mindfulness.

Thank you brotha Phapp Hu! Right now we live in some trying times and for me it’s hard to not get triggered and feel like I constantly need to defend myself and my beliefs. I don’t like to say this as it’s one of the biggest things I practice but is it possible breathing is not enough? Current events are destroying my meditations and I can’t find silence. We’ve always lived in times like these but lately it’s been particularly unique and challenging..🙏
