3DS had peak content. Robobot especially. The thumbnail is already starting off strong with Triple Deluxe, Tomodachi, and Awakening.

I ABSOLUTELY ADORE THIS THING. Even though the only game I had was Pokemon Sun, you bet I put HOURS into that game. Plus, with how famoulsly easy the 3ds is to hack, you basically have the entire Nintendo Handheld library at your disposal (except for the Switch, of course)

The 3DS has a hell of a legacy to it. It kept Nintendo alive during the Wii U era, served as a great sendoff to dedicated handheld gaming consoles, achieved what the Virtual Boy tried to do, and brought Fire Emblem back from the brink. There were bumps, sure - but it was a great sendoff for the DS line before the Switch stole the show.
