The problem is not tax evading problem is the wrong utilization of tax, if there are enough checks and balances on tax utilization and spending on correct things in a proper manner without any corruption with proper accountability and provision of jail in case any discrepancy is found. This will motivate everyone that their tax money is utilized properly and at least some percentage of people will stop evading tax

DEFINITELY NOT. The real question of Tax Evasion is by companies hiding actual profits and cash transactions with the help of immoral CAs. That is the real loss of taxation. That is the question that people have been asking in the comments. Kindly make a video on that.

brother what is the real purpose of professional tax that is deducted from salary...when an employees salary is below 5 lac then professional tax that is paid by him does not make any sense. He does not get it refunded or neither he receives any benefit of paying that tax. there are many such taxes that are levied on ordinary ppl. isnt there any way to point this out to court or govt. another such tax is building tax or land tax..we own our building and yet pay taxes..even when purchasing or constructing we pay tax. even after that we pay on continuous basis to these govt money. when asked they say it is for local government functioning. what kind of stupid reason is that. isnt it why we pay other kind of taxes. if main govt cant provide fund to local govt what is the purpose of giving tax to center or state. REALLY FRUSTRATING !

One solution cannot suit all. There has to be more precise mathematical algorithm in the age of high power computing combined with AI. Slabs are bad. Elastic slopes are needed. Deduction are illusions. Investments are donkey chasing carrot. We need trustworthy socialist, human first economy second solution.
