Today I went for my colposcopy check-up. I have been put under monitor for 3 years and originally there are 2 years to go to get me cleared for AIS （adenocarcinoma in situ）. Doctor said I have been doing great and if the biopsy results come back negative this time, I am cleared. Please ensure you do regular check ups and never skip your Pap test. Love yourself and spread the words to educate female and young females in your family and friends to have HPV vaccines and take care of their health. Love you all. Stay healthy and strong.
