Over the past several months, we've had a lot of conversations with our students and hearing the same thing over and over: GenZ and recent grads are entering the worst job market we've had in decades.
These are students from our programs that we've helped get better grades, and get into their dream schools, only to now have graduated and unable to find jobs.
Some of them are turning to jobs that aren't event related to their diplomas. And some are turning to side hustles just to survive.
This breaks my heart because we've spent the last several years building Koi to help students succeed, only to see that the bigger problem is more downstream. The education system is just not keeping up with AI.
So we are planning on coming back to the Koi channel.
We want to do what we can to help, whether it be talking about jobs, resumes, making money, learning new skills, entrepreneurship, mental health, or just trying to survive in this new AI economy.
