"Georgia Farm Politics" Spent some time on the phone with Greg Gunthorp this afternoon. We are moving into the appeal process with the USDA. They stated to me at the end of last week that Georgia should have the jurisdiction of the small poultry exemption. Georgia no longer has a system for that and it should be governed by the USDA. We will now appeal the decision that the USDA made saying Georgia has the jurisdiction. New video coming Sat.
