I am going back to seated workouts from other amazing trainers for now as my flooring installation didn't go as planned they found asbestos, and I haven't been feeling my best moving stuff around with my Arthritis and having PAC issues.

I have not been as active as I usually am, and am trying to get back into it doing low impact cardio. I live in an apartment building (top floor), so I really have to careful about how much jumping I do, if any. I always feel best after a cardio and strength mix routine!
