The next animatic I have planned is Bill-centric, and will probably take me awhile because it’s 6 minutes long and I feel REALLY ambitious. In the meantime, here’s a few more BillFord drawings I’ve done! :D

The second one is heart-wrenching. Someone needs to make an AU where Bill and Ford somehow meet each other’s child selves. Maybe through dreams outside of time arranged by The Axolotl as an early intervention? It could be called Meet you in the Mindscape. Update: Hold on. I’m cooking. I think I’ve got a big idea. Inhale The story begins with Bill and Ford meeting each other in reoccurring dreams/visions as children. They take place in a joint mindscape of sorts. Some take place in Ford’s world (as shown above) and others in Bill’s. Due to them both facing bullying for being freaks of nature, they confide in each other and become close friends. However, they only remember each other within these visions. Outside of them, they would be strangers to each other. Shortly after Bill destroys his home dimension, he has one last meet-up with young Ford. Ford tries to find out what’s wrong, but Bill lashes out. Shortly after, he moves to the Nightmare Realm, causing the dreams to stop. Now, here’s the kicker… Many years later (almost a trillion for Bill and about a decade for Ford), Ford summons Bill just like in canon, but since they don’t remember each other, the canon events play out. Having spent several years with Bill in his mind and then 30 years traversing dimensions, Ford has learned a lot about space, time, and mindscapes. Many years after Weirdmageddon, Ford, now very old, has figured out a way to link two minds together in their own pocket dimension of sorts outside of space and time. In an attempt to undo all of the evil Bill did, as well as to give Bill a chance at being happy, he decides to link Bill’s child self with his own. Unfortunately, there was one big oversight: They don’t remember each other outside of their shared mindscape.
