Hello, I have a question. In the past you have said that park of the purpose of taking Ukraine is to create a barrier. Now that Trump has restarted the potential testing of nuclear weapons could Russia create a 'radioactive' barrier. If Russia 'tests' a nuclear weapons in land that they have taken and they allow fallout to spread would that prevent movement of forces across the area this and allow the goal of the conflict to be reached?
